BowTech Specialist Compound Bow
The BowTech Specialist compound bow is a specialized target bow that has been loaded with features that have helped make BowTech one of the most respected names in the archery business. The length of the bow and its tunability provides competition shooters with the comfortable feeling that they will be able to adjust this bow to exactly meet their requirements.
As well as the straight riser design the bow features an Overdrive Binary Cam system to give it the three S's of Symmetry, Synchronization and Stability. Other new innovations that shooters will be pleased to see built into the Specialist includes an FLX Guard Cable Containment System to reduce riser torque and Hardcore Limbs for plenty of power.
This is a substantial competition bow that provides everything that the serious competition shooter needs. While it might be considered a long framed bow by BowTech standards it is quite a bit shorter that some of the target bows that are available from other bow manufacturers. This might suit the target archer who likes things just a little more compact.

What they're saying in the forums about the BowTech Specialist
The bow balances to where it tips slightly back in your hand in the rested position(bare bow). It tuned straight down the middle with two different arrows. It had a little more vibration on the shot than the destroyer 340 I shot but once stabilizers and sight were added it had very little. Also it is very quiet ,even bare. On the shot the bow has a slight forward jump like more traditional target bows. As for as the balance this bow holds steadier than anything I remember shooting.
I have a Bowtech Specialist and love it. The grips aren't any thicker than the Constitution or a Destroyer. It's a great bow and very forgiving.
I have shot the Specialist and it draws nice and smooth to a nice hard wall. With nothing on the bow except a TM Hunter type of rest it held really well.
