Martin Firecat 360 Compound Bow
The Martin Firecat 360 compound bow is another new bow from the 2011 range and is a shorter framed bow that provides added accuracy for the sake of a little speed. The bow differs to the Firecat 400 in a few crucial aspects, the most pertinent is the cam system that it uses which is the Accu-Trak Cam compared to the Nitro 2.0 Hybrid cam. The bow uses the aggressive looking Firecat riser and the noise is dampened by the TRG (Torque Reducing Cable Guard) and SOS (String Oscillation Suppressor) units.
The Accu-Track 2.0 cam system is a new single cam innovation for Martin and apart from the speed that is possible from them they are also easy to tune and maintain. The problem of cam lean and nock travel has been overcome and the fact that they have been machined from solid aluminum means that they will provide tremendous durability.
The Martin Firecat 360 compound bow is a cheaper version of the Firecat 400 but it is still packed with plenty of features to provide you with a rock solid lightweight compound bow.

What they're saying in the forums about the Martin Firecat 360
First impressions are important and I was immediately impressed with the new riser design, kind of similar to my Alien in some ways. The new string/cable were also impressive, as was the finish. I picked it up and was surprised with the radically changed grip. It felt weird initially, but fast forward to now and I like it, the bow holds extremely well. I did however remove the single piece of stick on leather that was on the palm side of the grip, as it only lasted a few dozen shots before it began moving and scrunching up. I replaced the leather with some of my own, (back and front) and glued it on with epoxy. It now feels sensational and is rock solid.
Firecat 360... nice little bow!!
It's a nice draw with a little quickness. I love the machine work on the riser.
