PSE Brute X Compound Bow
The PSE Brute X compound bow is a complete redesign for the 2012 season of the original Brute compound bow and has incorporated X-Tech technology into it. It has become an even smoother shooting bow that represents outstanding value for money and a bow that is going to make a definite mark wherever it is taken.
The bow has preloaded split limbs and a new machined riser and has been powered by the re-designed Madness Pro Cam System that now allows for draw length adjustments at ½ inch increments. At a smidge over 7 inches the brace height is not exactly what you might term generous but it certainly makes it possible to achieve a high level of accuracy.
The bow is available in three different finishes, choose from Mossy Oak Break Up Infinity Camo, Black Camo or Skullworks.
The new Brute X compound bow is part of the PSE Main Line Bows range and has taken a bow that was already quite impressive and improved on it. On top of the technological improvements that have been made to the bow the fact is that it is available at an incredible price and that should put it ahead of a fair whack of other bows. I was very impressed with the new Brute, they really improved it over last years effort. It was one of many PSE's I shot that day, but it did stand out. Last year, it was only marginally better than the Stinger and a hundred dollars more and was very hard to justify to customers what that extra 100 dollars got them. This year, that's easy.

I like them a lot! Barely slower than my Bowmadness and honestly it looks better then the madness bows! On a budget the Brute X is a steal. I would get the bare bow and not the package myself to personlize with much better accessories!
